Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-07
These terms govern your use of Tally (at tally.ivsol.tech). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Tally is a personal-finance tool: it imports and organises your transactions, categorises spending, detects recurring payments, reads receipts and sends reminders. It is offered for your personal use.
2. Not financial, tax or legal advice
Tally helps you see and organise your money. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and its outputs (categories, totals, detections) are informational. Always verify important figures yourself before relying on them.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
Use Tally only for lawful purposes and only with data you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data.
5. Your data and content
Your data is yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy), including sending receipt images to our AI processor for text extraction.
6. Accuracy and AI
Automatic categorisation and receipt reading are best-effort and can be wrong, especially on low-quality photos. You can edit anything, and you should check figures that matter. We are not liable for decisions you make based on unverified automated output.
7. Availability and “as is”
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and there may be downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using Tally and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the service and its users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows when. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia.
